Those interested in participating in our 12 week programs with the Elite Team need to complete the attached Participant Registration. We require Participants in our Equine and Canine programs to be referred by a mental health practitioner or program. If you need a list of local mental health practitioners for a referral or have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at participants@wellspringlifefarm.org

Licensed health practitioners are present during all sessions with the Elite Team as well as an Equine or Canine Specialist, and Equine or Canine Team member. Session time is billed directly through insurance providers unless other arrangements are made. Most insurance carriers are accepted. Scholarship funds are available for those Veterans who do not have insurance.
