The Board of Directors, health practitioners, participants, volunteers and supporters of Wellspring of Life Farm cordially invite you to join us in the call to  “Share the Hope.”  We seek to raise awareness and support for those in our community experiencing cognitive, emotional and physical challenges especially our active duty military members, veterans, first responders and families.

Wellspring of Life Farm, Inc. is a 501c(3) nonprofit that is operated and supported solely by volunteers. It was founded in 2017 by Dr. and Mrs. Leung as a direct result of years of service witnessed and fulfilled by family and friends. This Legacy of Service instilled in them the desire to continue the commitment to faithfulness and honor.  Mrs. Leung’s beloved grandfather Colonel Justice M. Chambers received the Medal of Honor for his brave actions during World War II.  Over 20 family members followed his call to serve including their adult children presently serving in the Army and Coast Guard.

We are honored to serve with over 130 volunteers who have given their time and talents to supporting programs working alongside occupational therapists, physical therapists, counselors and educators to assist participants ranging in age from 3 to 100 years old. Participants in our programs experience many challenges in their lives including various levels along the autism spectrum, muscular dystrophy, Parkinsons, depression, ADHD, cerebral palsy, anxiety, PTS, TBI and other concerns regarding emotional and cognitive wellbeing. 

 

Our Heroes, Horses, Hounds ©  program is specifically designed for our active duty military members, veterans, first responders and their families. The program is designed with the direct input of veterans.
